So I'm a designer who does Powerpoint designs with animations for my internal division of my company. I have been doing this kind of work solely on a Windows based laptop. My boss just got me a Mac laptop to do my day-to-day design work and put Office on it as well so I would not have to continue to use my personal laptop. So working in Powerpoint this morning, I'm trying to edit the timelines of animations in a design I did last week on my windows 8 laptop. Everything plays great and fine. But when I go to to use the animation pane, I cannot find it.
Is it hidden in a weird spot? What am I missing?
The timeline is crucial(see efficiently faster) when doing complex animation sequences. Looking at what I see on the toolbar, it is only giving me options to set the time of start/finish. Can anyone confirm whether or not it is in there? If it is, guide me where it is. And if not, does anyone know why it's not? If it's coming in a patch or new version of Office?
