We are excited to announce this exciting update adding some great new features. We've heard your feedback and have worked hard to make this the best version of LensFare Studio yet!
NEW FEATURES: Zooming! Many have asked for this and we have delivered. Now you can zoom in to place effects more precisely. Zoom with mouse wheel, zoom buttons, or with two fingers on trackpad, just like scrolling.
When zoomed in, use the mouse right-click to drag your photo around. Left click still sets effect position of course. 64 bit color We've re-written the core engine to utilize full 64 bit color throughout the entire pipeline (also known as 16 bit RGBA color). Each RGBA color component is 16bit. Even with regular 8bit color documents, the flares and gradients will be smoother with the internal 64 bit processing.
Loading 16bit color documents preserves the full range of 16bit color. Many of the effects have been upgraded to take advantage of 64 bit color. Exif/Metadata LensFlare Studio now preserves all of your photo metadata such as exif and gps data. This is something I've wanted to add for a while, but wanted to get everything right with this and the 64 bit color update.
